Çiğköfte

Traditional spicy bulgur mix; often served with lettuce and lemon.

Ingredients:

1 cup bulgur
1 cup hot water
1/2 onion
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoon tomato paste
persley

salt
sumak
cumin
lemon juice

Steps for

Çiğköfte

1. Cook until onion softens.
2. Add carrots, potatoes and lentils.
3. Add hot water, add spices.
4. After everything is cooked, make a blender.
