Steps for

1. Prepare the syrup; Heat the milk and sugar in a small saucepan.; Once the sugar has dissolved; remove it from the heat.; 2. Toast the semolina; Melt the butter in a pan.; Add the semolina and stir constantly over low heat until it turns golden.; For a deeper caramelized flavor; you can toast it a little longer.; 3. Add the syrup; Carefully pour the hot syrup over the toasted semolina.; Stir until the semolina absorbs all the liquid.; 4. Let it rest; Cover the pot and let it sit for 10–15 minutes.; Fluff with a spoon and serve warm or at room temperature.
