Hi, I’m Ayla.

I’ve lived in Cappadocia my whole life, and for as long as I can remember, my kitchen has been the heart of the home. It’s where tea is always warm, dough is always rising, and there’s always room for one more at the table.

I may not speak many languages, but I know how to welcome people with food, kindness, and a big smile. In my LokalBond cooking classes, I open my doors to guests from around the world. We cook dishes from this region, using what’s in season, just like we do at home.

Some guests like to roll up their sleeves and cook with me; others prefer to watch and chat. Either way, we always eat together, laugh together, and send you home with full bellies.
