Hello, my name is Kübra, formerly known as Chef Kübra.

I have worked in international cuisine, although my roots are in Gaziantep. While I may not feel completely proud of the culture, I take great pride in its culinary heritage. I consider myself an Antepian chef. For the past seven years, I worked in various UN offices, but after a shift in the political landscape, I found myself unemployed for the first time in a long while.

Cooking has been my passion since I was 9 years old, and I am known for feeding those around me. Through both my professional work and social interactions, I've had the opportunity to showcase my skills and teach my international friends about local cooking, allowing them to experience our cuisine from my perspective.
