Hi, I’m Maxim.

I’m originally from a Spanish-Russian family and have lived in Vienna for the past five years. Before that, I ran a winery in Prague and worked as a journalist; both paths that let me explore stories, people, and culture in different ways.

Wine has always been more than a drink for me; it’s a reason to gather, a way to slow down, and a spark for real conversation. I also hold a degree in psychology and am currently developing workshops around Gestalt methods; something that deeply influences how I host and connect with others.
