You will start with a friendly welcome and a short introduction to local food culture, then cook together at an easy pace. Burcu guides you step by step as you make traditional manti from scratch, including preparing the dough, shaping the dumplings, and cooking them, along with meze, saç böreği cooked on a griddle, and seasonal dishes made with local wild herbs. When everything is ready, you will set the table and share the meal together in a relaxed, social atmosphere, with time to ask questions and take notes.
