Hi, I’m Gizem, and I’d love to start the morning with you; gently, slowly, and with intention. I’ll welcome you into my home for a yoga session designed to help you feel grounded and at ease. We’ll focus on breath, gentle movement, and calm presence; no prior experience is needed.

After the practice, we’ll head to the kitchen and prepare a traditional Turkish breakfast together; with fresh herbs, olives, cheeses, eggs, and homemade spreads. Then we’ll gather around the table and enjoy what we made, sipping tea, chatting, and sharing stories about breakfast traditions in Türkiye.
This is a space for slowing down; for moving your body, eating with joy, and feeling at home even when you're far from it.

This isn’t a studio or café; it’s my real home. The yoga mat goes where my coffee table usually sits, and the breakfast we make is what I eat with my family on weekends. You’ll feel the difference in every detail; from the handmade jams to the quiet after movement. It’s not just wellness; it’s Turkish hospitality, shared in a way that’s simple, nourishing, and real.
Come as a guest, leave as a friend 🧘‍♀️☕✨

My husband and I experienced a beautiful 3-hour immersion in our host'shome studio — starting with yin yoga, followed by an incredible, authentic Turkish breakfast. We gathered, shared community, conversation, food, and movement. It was the perfect blend of connection, culture, and wellness. I highly recommend this experience in Istanbul as I offer a similar one in North Carolina USA
