Dill Pastry Recipe (with Olive Oil)
Dill pastries made with olive oil; optionally filled with feta and topped with seeds.
Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
1 tea glass yogurt or milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 packet baking powder
Half a bunch of finely chopped dill
As much flour as needed (about 4 cups)

Steps for
Dill Pastry Recipe (with Olive Oil)
1. In a mixing bowl; combine the olive oil; yogurt; egg; salt; and sugar.
2. Add the baking powder and finely chopped dill.; Gradually add the flour and knead until you get a soft; non-sticky dough.
3. Take walnut-sized pieces of dough; flatten them in your palm; place some cheese inside; and seal (you can also leave them plain if you like).
4. Arrange the shaped pastries on a baking tray.
5. Brush the tops with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame or nigella seeds.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25–30 minutes; until golden brown.
