Kumpir – Stuffed Mashed Potato Bake

2 carrots
1 cup peas
5 pickles
Corn (optional)
Butter

Cheese (optional)

Steps for

Kumpir – Stuffed Mashed Potato Bake

1. Boil and mash potatoes with salt.
2. Boil carrots and peas, dice all vegetables.
3. Layer mash, butter, veg, cheese (optional), more mash.
4. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 min.
5. Serve warm.
