Menemen – Turkish Tomato & Egg Scramble

6 green peppers
2 eggs
4 tbsp olive oil
Red pepper flakes
Salt
Black pepper

Steps for

Menemen – Turkish Tomato & Egg Scramble

1. Mix milk, oil, and egg.
2. Crumble cheese and mix with parsley.
3. Grease a pan, lay one yufka, scatter torn yufka on top.
4. Alternate layers of milk mixture and cheese mixture.
5. Cook on low heat until golden, flip to brown both sides.
6. Serve hot in wedges.
