3 sheets yufka
1/2 cup white cheese
1/2 cup grated kaşar
1 bunch parsley
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Steps for
Peynirli Börek – Savory Pastry with Cheese and Parsley
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté finely chopped onions until translucent.
3. Add minced beef, cook until browned, add minced garlic and cook 1 more minute.
4. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, simmer briefly, stir in chopped parsley.
5. Mix egg, milk, oil (and yogurt).
6. Layer yufka in tray, brushing between layers with egg-milk-oil mix.
7. Spread meat mixture, cover with remaining yufka, brush top, sprinkle seeds.
8. Bake 30–35 min until golden brown.
