Şehriye Çorbası – Noodle Soup

1 tbsp tomato paste

Steps for
Şehriye Çorbası – Noodle Soup
Firstly, pepper and onion are chopped in to small pieces. The oil is put to the pot and pot is put on the stove. Fire is started and then onion and pepper are put in the pot to fry. Once they are fried, you can add the tomato sauce, black pepper, red pepper and salt. After that, the water is added and cooked until it is boiled. After boiling, the soup need to be cooked for 25-30 mins until the noodle is soft enough. Then, you can add the mint and let it cook for another 5-10 mins. The soup is ready to be served.
