500g green beans
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 green peppers
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt
Red pepper flakes
Black pepper

Steps for

Taze Fasulye – Green Beans in Olive Oil

1. Mix filling: minced meat, parsley, olive oil, butter, grated tomatoes, rice, spices, and salt.
2. Cut off tops of peppers and fill with the mixture.
3. Prepare sauce: mix tomato paste with water, salt, and olive oil.
4. Pour sauce into pot, filling halfway.
5. Cover peppers with a plate.
6. Cook on high heat until boiling, then lower to medium heat.
